Important Notes :

• FBX is Not yet tested on other 3d programs other than 3dsmax! As other programs might apply different settings on shaders and bone hierarchy!
• Other than FBX, animation format uses 3dsmax's .bip files.
• This is an old model, so I only did test the FBX animations on Unity 4
